The following is our Contractor Bonus Plan:


REFER A COLLEAGUE
Any Outsource Technical (OST) contractor that refers a colleague, who is placed on a three-month minimum contract, will receive a one-time $500 bonus. Bonus is payable upon completion of the colleague's three-month contract with OST.

REFER A BUSINESS CONTACT
Any OST contractor who refers a new business contact, which results in the placement of any OST contractor for a new three-month minimum contract, will receive a one-time $500 bonus. Bonus is payable upon completion of the new three-month contract with OST.

REFER A COLLEAGUE AND A BUSINESS CONTACT
Any OST contractor who refers a new business contact, which results in the placement of their referred colleague for a new three-month minimum contract, will receive a one-time $750 bonus. Bonus is payable upon completion of the new three-month contract with OST.
