  • At a large national bank, OSTechnical successfully staffed a Windows 7 deployment and hardware refresh for every branch in California, Washington and Oregon in 30 days. We recruited a team of local technicians, who were supervised by our hired leads that traveled as needed. The team consisted of 25-30 employees with a ramp up time of 4-6 weeks due to the required extensive background checks and fingerprints. The technicians were dispatched to all branch locations across the country and returned the next day to support the users.
  • OSTechnical was hired to complete the implementation of an Oracle R12 upgrade at a large utility company in Southern California. Under the previous consulting company, the project was failing. Due to a strong relationship with the IT Application Manager who had worked with us previously, we were recommended to come in and replace the current vendor. After establishing the scope of the project and determining the needed skillsets from candidates, OSTechnical was able to find key resources in a short period of time to complete the engagement.
  • We formed a team of 12 Web Development consultants for one of the largest ticketing providers in the country to assist with their transition to a new web platform using C#, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Node.js, Orchard CMS platform. Our consultants were involved in various stages of the SDLC, which included planning, architecture, development, and QA. OSTechnical provided high-level web and applications development professionals to assist in the timely transition of a highly trafficked website and revenue generating web property for an entertainment organization. We continue to provide ongoing maintenance and QA support.
  • For a large local bank, OSTechnical successfully assisted in implementing two data warehouses for separate divisions of the bank. We provided several senior database administrators (DBA’s) to work on a number of fast moving projects simultaneously. Our database developers and DBA’s were critical to the success of those projects and as a result, we earned the trust of our client, and are now their number one choice for database support.
  • I had come to the end of my patience with recruiting and staffing firms, by the time I met with Angelo (Cuneo, President of OSTechnical). The firms we had been doing business with were not sending candidates who fit the bill for our needs, or our company culture. We had an imperative need for some truly exceptional candidates for our software and networking teams. When I met with Angelo, it was to take a deep dive into what the business is like at OSTechnical, what the contract would look like, and what his team of Technical Recruiters could do for my company to meet our needs.
